TERMS OF USE
Welcome! Please read this Terms of Use Agreement carefully, and contact us at yjf.healthcare@gmail.com if you have any questions. By accessing or using the Site and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
You (“you” or “End User” or “your” or “Buyer” or “Customer” or “Member”) are required to read and accept all of the terms and conditions laid down in this Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Terms” or “Agreement”) and the linked Privacy Policy, before you may use www.yjf.com.sg (hereinafter referred to as “Site” or “we” or “our”).
This agreement is effective upon acceptance and governs the relationship between you and www.yjf.com.sg and/or YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. (hereinafter “Company”) including the sale and supply of any Products on the site. If this agreement conflicts with any other document, the terms will prevail for the purposes of usage of the Site. If you do not agree to be bound by this “Terms of Use” and the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Site in any way.
AMENDMENT TO TERMS OF USE
YJF Healthcare may change, modify, amend, or update this agreement from time to time without any prior notification to user(s) and the amended and restated terms and conditions of use shall be effective immediately on posting. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use. If you do not adhere to the changes, you must stop using the service. Your continuous use of the service will signify your acceptance of the changed terms.
REGISTRATION, USER ID AND SECURITY
In order to access or use certain features of the Site, you may be required to register with us on a registration form which will require you to provide personally identifiable information (such as your Name, an official e-mail address you own, Mobile No., Name, Singapore NRIC) and to select a password and business email address (“User ID”) and your account shall be allotted an unique account ID for placing orders.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s registration page. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your account. Further, you may not: enter, select or use an email address owned or controlled by another person with the intent to impersonate that person, or, use an email address subject to any rights of a person other than yourself without appropriate authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse registration of, or cancel an account in our discretion without any liability whatsoever. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password.
We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your content and account, YJF Healthcare cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify YJF Healthcare immediately of any unauthorized use of your email address or password, and ensure that you logout from your account at the end of each session. Our use of any personally identifiable information you provide to us as part of the registration process is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
By becoming a Registered User, you consent to the inclusion of your personal and non-personal data in our on-line database and authorize YJF Healthcare to share such information with other user(s). YJF Healthcare may refuse registration and deny the membership and associated account and Password to any user for whatever reason. Website may suspend or terminate a registered membership at any time without any prior notification in interest of YJF Healthcare or general interest of its visitors/other members without giving any reason thereof.
By becoming a registered user, I consent to be contacted by YJF Healthcare through phone calls, SMS notifications or any other means of communication, in respect to the services provided by YJF Healthcare.
You agree, inter alia, to:
1. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by YJF Healthcare’s registration form or provided by You
2. Maintain and promptly update the personal and non-personal Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
LIMITATIONS OF USE
The YJF Healthcare grants you limited, non-transferable access to use the portal in accordance with the terms of use of this Agreement. You may only use the YJF Healthcare website to make legitimate inquiries, or purchases and shall not use it for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative or fraudulent reservation or purchase in anticipation of demand. YJF Healthcare and the content provided in this portal, including the text, graphics, button icons, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without the written permission of third party providers and distributors. You may download, display and print the materials presented on this site for non- commercial use only.
INDEMNIFICATION
By using this Site, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend YJF Healthcare and their respective officers, directors, employees, successors, agents, subsidiaries, partners, contractors, vendors, manufacturers, distributors, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and all costs and expenses of defense, including but not limited to, attorneys’ fees, resulting directly or indirectly from a claim (including without limitation, claims made by third parties for infringement of intellectual property rights) by a third party that arises in connection with (i) your use or misuse of the Site; (ii) your breach of the Terms of Use; or (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. You agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. YJF Healthcare reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
UNAVAILABILITY OF SITE; TERMINATION; FRAUD
We may alter, suspend, or discontinue this Site in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice or cost. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your use or access to all or part of the Site or your account or membership, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms of Use. If at any time, we notify you that your access to and /or use of the Site or your account is terminated, you must cease and desist from all such access and/or use immediately. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship, or recall from the shipper any order if fraud is suspected. In the event these Terms of Use or your membership or account are terminated, the restrictions regarding intellectual property matters, the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth herein (as well as any other of your obligations which by their nature should survive termination) will survive termination.
ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties, or obligations here under.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Additional conditions may apply to purchase of goods and services and other use of portions of this portal and you agree for the same.
SEVERABILITY
Terms of Use shall deemed to be severable, In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS BY YOU
We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package, etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition. Please note, you can request the return within 7 days from product delivery via YJF email (admin@yjfhealthcare.com), we will take up to 7 working days to process your request.
YJF Healthcare will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock/ production.
The 7 days replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer. Should customers come across any issue with such products, they are advised to contact customer service within 72 hours, failing which we may decide not to take a request for a replacement.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Any item additions, quantity changes, or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped. We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Credit card, and/or we will add your credit points to your account automatically for future purchases (1SGD = 1.1 credit point, with no expiry of those credit points); whereas in case of payment method was ‘cheque on delivery’ we shall transfer the amount to your bank account (our sales support team would be in touch with you once we’ve received cancellation request or if you wish we can add credit points to your account directly). Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be pushed back into the user’s account in case of cancellation by YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd.
Refund may take 14-20 Days of processing based upon credit/debit card issuing bank. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we, unfortunately, won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
FRAUDULENT /DECLINED TRANSACTIONS
Our fraud detection team constantly monitors the user’s account in order to avoid fraudulent accounts and transactions. Users with more than one account or availing referral vouchers fraudulently shall be liable for legal actions under law and YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. In the event of detection of any fraudulent or declined transaction, prior to initiation of legal actions, YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. reserves the right to immediately delete such account and dishonor all past and pending orders without any liability. For the purpose of this clause, YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. shall owe no liability for any refunds.
WHAT IS A ‘DISPUTE’?
A ‘Dispute’ can be defined as a disagreement between a Buyer and a Seller in connection with a transaction on the Website.
HOW DOES A ‘DISPUTE’ OCCUR IN THE MARKETPLACE
Disputes are filed as a result of a disagreement between the Buyer and the Seller. Disputes arise out of an issue that is raised by either party not being completely satisfied with the resolution of their complaint/issue.
It is important that before a Buyer/Seller raises a dispute, they should attempt to solve the issue. Please note that whenever a Buyer raises a dispute, the Seller’s payment for that order is put on hold immediately until the issue is resolved.
HOW IS A ‘DISPUTE’ CREATED?
Whenever there is a disagreement, the Buyer can write to admin@yjfhealthcare.com, while the Seller can write to admin@yjfhealthcare.com, in order to raise a dispute. Disputes can be raised at a particular transaction level.
WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS TYPES OF ‘DISPUTES’?
Following are the indicative examples of potential disputes:
- Wrong item received
- Item Not as described
- Damaged or Seal broken on Product
- Part/Accessory missing
- Item not Compatible
- Seller Description/Specification Wrong
- Defective (Functional issues)
- Product not working and Manufacturer claims invalid Invoice
In case the Seller rejects the return request of the Buyer, and the Buyer raises a dispute, then YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. will try to mediate and resolve the dispute between both parties. If the dispute is resolved in favor of the Buyer, a refund is provided once the product is returned to the Seller. If the dispute is settled in favor of the Seller, the Buyer is entitled to any refund.
PRICING INFORMATION IN CASE OF SALE BY YJF HEALTHCARE PTE LTD.
We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on products and/or services you buy from YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd., however, YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region, or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without any prior notice. The prices mentioned on the Site are not subject to comparison with the same or similar product(s) and/or service(s) available through any online or offline sale. The pricing is subject to YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd.’s pricing policy and the prices shall be determined only at YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd.’s sole discretion.
While YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address or telephone number provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account. The payment may be processed prior to YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd.’s dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.

YJF Healthcare does not warrant that the Product description or other content of this Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard.
PAYMENT
All payments must be received by us prior to shipping. YJF Healthcare also accepts payments made using Pay Lah, Visa, credit/debit cards in Singapore.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. Further, the stated information will not be utilized and shared by YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you at your provided address only. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the delivery of the products to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.
SCHEMES & OFFERS
The company reserves the right to withdraw or/and change the schemes & offers without notice. Any items sold under Offers & schemes cannot be taken back under any circumstances. Items under Special Offer & Schemes are available till Stocks last.
INFORMATION BY THE USER TO YJF HEALTHCARE PTE LTD. IN CASE OF LOST, STOLEN, MISUSED OR MUTILATED COUPON
The Customer must notify YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. immediately if the Coupon is lost, stolen, mutilated, not received or if the customer suspects that the Coupon is being used without his/her consent. In the case of loss or theft of the Coupon, the Customer must email us at admin@yjfhealthcare.com.
YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. on the receipt of this information will act as per its standard operating procedures.
If the lost Coupon is subsequently received by the Customer, it should be destroyed and must not be used. Only the replacement/new Coupon issued by YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd. can be used.
